I have a miser12 electric that was working fine then while not home the power kicked the breaker off and now no hot water at all.

Remove elements and check continuity between the two terminals. If you have bad, or no continuity,
replace the element.
I suggest that you buy a 1 1/2" ratchet socket because the element wrenches sold today are terrible.

Water heater stopped working flame kicks on but dont stay on

1) Copy following link for American/AO Smith intellivent gas control valve troubleshoot:

Sorry earlier answer mistaken model number for Rheem tankless instead of American power vent with intellivent gas control valve.

2) Reset gas control valve, using troubleshoot manuals on link above.
Check that outlet has 120 volts and 80% rated voltage.
Check that outlet has correct polarity, and is grounded.
Check that ground is connected to manifold tube under the gas control valve.
Install whole house surge protector to protect appliances with electronic controls. Simple power outage can knock out gas control valves.

I have a 50 gallon electric water heater..trying to fix a leak elsewhere in the house we had to shut off main valve, turned back on no hot water,,reset breaker and reset button worked fine, but no today no...

If you're having to reset the breaker, then most likely you have a bad heating element. Usually the bottom element burns out first, however if you had the water off, and the level dropped in the tank, the heater might have come on without water in it. This will cause it to overheat and burn out. Now when you turn the breaker on, the current is going to ground, tripping the breaker. If you are handy you can replace them, but be sure water heater electric is off or disconnected, and then drain water below the element level. While you're replacing one element replace them both.

My water heater cuts of after 30 seconds and shows C2, 11 code

sounds like your gas lines are too small or not enough pressure... or you may have to clean the rods

Bosch13 gas tankless water heater no spark

Well if you don't have no spark, have you check to see if you got power? If you do have power ,the turn the water on to see if it will spark. If not the Check to see if the fuses are blown insde the panel. Most of them have fuses on the power coming in.If got all of that then you proablly wil have to replace the igniter board.
