Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Hi Wendy, happy new year to you and yours...
normally on any MP3 or MP4 player there is a LOCK switch or a HOLD switch if yours does not have this, it should have a reset button ( maybe located on bottom or the back ) press and hold that in for 15 seconds and the system should then reset, obviously this is going to be connected to the PC for installing your music and other things onto, some MP3/4 players come with a built in software that allows the player itself to convert the music and video to what ever the system can read it at, so this is a very important bit of software be sure not to format the system as this will wipe the program and you will have to visit the manufacturers site to update it again, in fact this may be a good idea to visit the manufacturers site to see if they have any updates also even though your instructions are some what vague ime sure they will have more information on there for you to follow and a F.A.Q section where you can get the information from..hope this helps

The audio books can be loaded to your Digital player by connecting it with your computer and then directly transfering the audio books or by using the software that came with your player. Order of the audio books can be changed if you are loading it using the software. Please let me know the make and model# if you need detailed information.
