HELP.......Trident Videocard TGUI9680 PROBLEM!!!!!

By Duke - usenet poster

Hi anyone!
I have a Trident TGUI9680 2 MB video card and lately a have problems with
everything I (don't) see. When I drag a window, a few stripes and dots
remain on the old place, so when I drag a lot (or just close some windows)
my view is extremely reduced.
Can ANYONE help me???!!!
I have tried to install the latest drivers and I have set the BIOS to the
standard settings, but the problem stays. In both Windows 95 and Windows NT
4.0

looks like bad video ram, does it only appear in high resolution
modes, that use more than 1 MB ?. maybe you have an upgraded card,
than you can replace the second MB. This was almost everytime, when
one of our customers had similar problem.
