Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
You may not be able to see the piece of paper that is jammed in the rollers as they may be hidden from view. Some printers HP Photosmart have a removable panel on the back side of the printer that allows you to get to the rollers. The paper may be just a small piece blocking the paper sensor, or it may be a crumpled up sheet that is partially hidden by the rollers. Other printers may requirw you to remove the outside case in order to get to the rollers. Look closely at your printer and determine the best way to get a view of all the rollers, but the paper sensor is being blocked.
