What does snb on the top panel mean and how do I fix it

Snb = Spa is shut down. Sensor plugged into jack B is not working
Find Jack B on your main computer board, and remove old sensor. Install new sensor and it should work. If you need to find the part, make sure you record the manufacturer of the hot tub, manufacturer of the control pack, and the model number off the control board. Having these three items documented when searching will help you greatly. I can help track down the part if you like.

The Samsung website just says: Primary Battery: 2x AA Alkaline
So any AA will be ok.

You can also use:

Top part of screen is black


A "black box" sounds like the close caption is turned on. Go into the menu and make sure it is off. If it is not close caption, you have a bad problem. If the top half of the picture is missing, this sound like a panel problem. The panel will need to be replaced. Panels are not cost effective to fix. Buy a new tv.

Blinking seat belt indicator


Check the cables thar runs from the seat belt to the fllor of your car. It could probably be damaged and making some shor circuit with some metal part.
