Question about Maxent Televison & Video
It is quite important that you need to open the set for a proper diagnosis. As you switch the TV on the power supply section seems to boots up- the SMPS Unit. Now the processor seems to works as it decides to shut OFF due to a failure of the feedback voltage . This confirms that the output sections have a faulty drive which can also be a short in the output drivers. If so you might have to trace up the +B voltages from the main power to the outputs.
A possible short can be easily determined with a continuity test, make sure that the power plug is taken off and the capacitors are discharged before you attempt to test these circuits.-- not to damage your multimeter.
Disconnect the line feeder to the suspected shorted component to confirm.
Make sure there are no dry soldering joints on the PCB, loose connector joints can also cause these symptoms of shunting .

It is a power supply problem, you can get anew power supply or you can replace the electrolytic caps on the one in the set, that will fix your problem.
