There is probably moisture on the pcb causing problems. you could unplug and use a hair dryer on the pcb to remove moisture. DO NOT over heat the board or you will dry the solder out.

I have a fridgedaire front load dryer (Model AEQ6700FS0) and it will start up, run for about 30 seconds and then it stops tumbling and the 3 lights on the far right (drying, cooldown, extended tumble)...

This is just a guess in a way, as I don't have specific knowledge about your particular model, but could it be a wrinkle prevention feature? I know some dryers have a feature which will cycle the dryer on for an occasional short tumble if the regular cycle ends and the clothes have not been removed. Opening the door might be all it takes to cancel the function.

Dryer will not stop running

Your machine may have a feature called wrinkle guard or wrinkle shield, which basically keeps tumbling the clothes without heat to prevent wrinkles from setting in. Turn that feature off and see if that does the trick.

You may have loose wires.
Check the door switch first.
Then check the wires going to it by opening the top or front of the machine, which ever opens to examine the switch and wires.
Also, check this link.........

Let me know if you have the problem solved please.
