Go to www.sewingpartsonline.com and you can order one for about $35.00. If, it is the foot controller, I am assuming you mean that part. Or there are other sites online but I am sure that their price is probably the average. I have heard good things about them. So, your choice.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

I need a manuel for an Elna 411 serger

I could not find a manual for this model, but did find a fairly universal guide at Singer - http://www.singerco.com/pdf/14SH654_threading.pdf

A very good book for sergers from threading to maintenance is Nancy Zieman's Serge With Confidence.

Raise the antenna to it's highest position.

Raise the presser foot and set the tensions (if not auto tension) to zero.

Thread in the order indicated in the download or on the front of the serger/inside serger door.
