You will find the manual here. The radio is part of the 280 series radios, so there is a general manual on all in that series.

I have two older Motorola Walkies Talkabout FR60 wont send or receive and a T5820 with the rubber broken off the antenna is is cost feasible to fix or not

I believe for the FR60 walkie-talkies, if they are not sending or receiving, the issue could be related to the antenna, battery, or internal components. You can try replacing the batteries and/or antennas to see if that resolves the issue.

As for the T5820 walkie-talkie, if the rubber on the antenna is broken, it's likely that the antenna itself is also damaged. In this case, you can try replacing the antenna with a new one. Antennas are typically available for purchase online or at electronics stores.
In terms of cost, repairing older walkie-talkies like these may not always be cost-effective. If the repairs are extensive or require replacement of major components, it may be more practical to purchase new walkie-talkies instead.
Below are options of the options of walkie-talkies you can buy;

I have a set of Motorola T5720 walkie Talkies. I cannot determine if one of them is not receiving or the other is not transmitting.

One radio works properly, the other can receive. I assume there are more than two by the question. Check and then rotate you batteries, mark on the working unit battery that it is GOOD. Transmit takes a great deal more power than receiving. Batteries, even un-used only last 18-24 months typically. If no joy, then check your programming but I think that is unlikely. It really sounds like a power/battery issue.

I have k7gfv700 Motorola walkie talkies w/ charger. The charge seems to work, but the lighs one the charge are red and the talkie do not charge. Do I need new batteries and where can I purchase the

You might try http://wirelesspro.com, we have found them to carry most TalkAbout accessories and batteries. Before ordering battery packs, you might try switching your existing good battery to the other radio and see if it solves the problem. This would assure you that it is indeed a battery problem.

Where and how can i get a charging station for a Motorola Talkabout T5530 Walkie Talkie?

Hi Ken,

Take your radio in to your nearest Radioshack or similar store, and they'll help you to get the Charging dock for your radio.

I hope this helps.

Some number their channels differently, but all FRS/GMRS radios operate in the same mode and will have at least some frequencies in common. Check the channel/frequency lists for both radios and you'll be able to talk to each other.

Motorola T5700 Talkabout Series

Hi,

It would seem that this is a problem with the contact/switch of your Motorola T5700. When a headset, ear piece or external speaker is plugged in, an internal switch transfers the connection from the speaker to the external. This is better illustrated in the image below.

525cab1.jpg

Initially, you can try an electronic contact cleaner. If that doesn't work, you may have to open the unit and manually scrape off any corrosion from the contacts/terminals or slightly bent it to improve contact.

Hope this be of some help/idea. Pls post back how things turn up or should you need addition al information.

Good luck and kind regards.

Pick up other walkie talkies

Should do. The available channels are defined by the regulator rather than by the manufacturer. Only thing to watch out for is similar looking devices designed to be sold into different markets (for instance, radios made to the European PMR446 standard work at a slightly lower frequency than those intended for sale in the US).
