Question about Refrigerators
Sounds like your defrost drainpan is stopped up. It should be located behind the rear panel in the freezer, below the coil. If it is frozen, DO NOT USE A POINTY OBJECT!!! Thaw it with a hair dryer or leave unit off overnight. Clear any debris from pan. Some units have a cup-like device at top rear center of ref. section. If so, you can pull it foreward to remove it, then flush with hot water and re-install. good luck.

here are some things to check for, please be very careful and only to this if you disconnect the power supply.
1 Inspect the shut off arm located on the side of the ice maker. This arm should move up and down with a slight resistance when pushing upward. Make sure that this lever is not frozen to the side of the ice maker preventing it from dispensing ice. In addition, if the arm move loosely up and down, then it is broken and must be replaced.
