My live session ended before Frankgant and I were finished

    Frankgant, How do we resume our live support session? I don't know what happed. We were texting and then the screen said that our session had ended. Are the live sessions on a time limit and did we run out of time? Please email me back so we can resolve this problem. Brett

    During the middle of Frankgant's and my live support session, "live support session has ended" popped up on the screen. I emailed back so we could resume our live session and I got a reply that someone would get back with me via email within 48 hours. 48 HOURS. When a technician can see that a live session that I just paid $14.99 for ended, and may I say that I did NOT end it, he should have immediatly emailed me back to let me know how we could resume our live session. To pay that much money for a 5 minute live session and NOT get any results is totally insulting. Fixya needs to put in some troubleshooting for their tech support and teach their techs that if a session ends, they need to open it back up or email the person back with instructions so that they can reopen another session. I liked this site at first, and I was going to recommend it to my family and friends, but after the session ended before we were through with it, I would NEVER recommend such a site to ANYONE. I am NOT sattisfied with the results from my live session and I want my MONEY BACK! A very dissatisfied customer, Brett

Do I need a coffee table?


I personally think that every living room needs a coffee table. It seems to tie the room together and serves a purpose for magazines, remotes, little snacks when you watch TV, etc. I just think they make a living room look finished. If you have kind I'll have to go with a round coffee table so that there are no sharp corners so your kids won't get hurt.

Chat termination sequence


When I have ended a Live Chat session the tunnel is just lost although the Chat Window is still up. You have to go to your Profile Page look down the page to the header My Chat Sessions, then find the one you were just in and under that click the additional link, My Chat Session. You will see a full transcript.

On another note however, Lauren intends to purchase a Live Chat and as an expert engage in a Live Chat. She will then post to the Lounge and include Screen shots of both sides of the session so we can all then debate what to improve.

I've endlessly suggested our Live Chats initiate a IM window, probably MS Messenger, but I want the company to look hard at Google Talk, as Google is a major investor of FixYa the company.
