the black wire is ground, white is + and white/black is - that's for the left side speakers and the gray is + and gray/black is - that's for the right side speakers and that hooks up to the speaker wires coming from radio to high level input plug if you need a diagram this is the website http://a248.e.akamai.net/pix.crutchfield.com/manuals/110/110xa2100.pdf and look on page 5 it will show you. please vote and leave high marks. when in doubt go bigger, you might want to get a bigger amp down the road, so its better to not have to buy another wiring kit later.
and the bigger the wire the less line loss you will have so your amp will sound and perform better.

Jensen is under different ownership from when your amp was made, so it's unlikely that you'll find a replacement plug for the high-level input.
A high-low converter is also called a line-out converter. It's a device that connects to the speaker wires and changes the signal to a low-level RCA connection. This allows you to use the amp's RCA plugs with your speaker wiring (through RCA signal cables).
A line-out converter should be available any place that sells car audio accessories.
