Question about Cannon Office Equipment & Supplies
Possible that the printer needs a reset., So it will be good to remove/disconnect the printer from the PC. now un-install the drivers from the PC and then reinstall the drivers using the original or from the website.
Connect the printer to the PC as it will detect and install the hardware.
Now the setting would have resetted as you can see the ink levels and the settings.
take a trial print to confirm .
Wishing you a happy and prosperous New Year.

Tips for a great answer:
Oct 13, 2014 | HP LaserJet 1200n Printer
Easiest thing to try first is your printer settings, where you should be able to select the exact paper size (8.5x11,legal, 4x6, 5x7, etc.). You also may need to look at the 'resize' options (fit to page, print as is, etc.). You can usually easily get to printer settings by using menu bar command File-->Print , then selecting the [Printer Properties] or [Properties] button in the pop-up print menu.
