Question about Computers & Internet
are you currently paying for G DATA total care 2011? if you are not paying for it, I would suggest to switch to other services. Avast home for antivirus and email protection and zonealarm for firewall protection. But the build in firewall in windows 7 is enough to protect you online.
if you wish to try getting the program to work, you need to remove it completely from the computer, revouninstaller can help you in doing that properly, please use the free version http://www.revouninstaller.com/
after you have removed the program and all entries with revouninstaller in the normal / medium or higher setting, restart the computer and then install the program again.
This is the first time I'm hearing about G Data, it might be vise to consider another software provider. Avast and zonealarm are two well known companies who provide great software.
