I can't install the router from the CD to my computer, I follow the steps, but when it says please wait reconizeing your router, it want reconize it says check the ethernet conections.

You don't need to install a wireless router. unplug your modem, connect the ethernet cable from your modem to the port on your router labeled internet or WAN, and then plug in the modem and router. Connect your computer to the network and you should be online.

My p.c. keeps going offline and I have to unplug and re plug in the ethernet cable for the p.c. to reconize the internet conection/go back online?

try to reinstall the driver off the manufactures website, and if that doesn't work it might be the chip on the Ethernet card over heating meaning the card is bad and need to be replaced, if so they are quite cheep and many plug into usb ports or you can go wirless

I have netgear wireless N-300 router. Linksys cable modem. Arius phone modem ( comcast trip play). Netgear not reconizing ethernet connection. My connection is yellow ethernet cable to linksys, grey...

If you mean phone modem on PC then no. Check connection between pc and router by acessing the webinterface (instuctions in linksys user manual).

If all OK there then contact your ISP.

I cant see the menu on the tv, i conected an hdmi cable to the ouput where it says monitor out, and my tv doesnt reconize it.

On page 8 it says, "The on-screen display signals are not outputted from the HDMI MONITOR OUT".

Run a set of cable(s) from the Video- S-Video- or Component Video Out connectors to a compatible input on the TV.

Connect ethernet cable

It sounds like you are setting up your new laptop to connect to your cable modem. If that is correct, your laptop should only have one ethernet port. The other port should be for the modem, but it does look very similar to the ethernet port. I would highly suggest getting an inexpensive router to place between your laptop and your cable modem. The routers come with detailed instructions on how to connect it to the cable modem and the computer. This will provide 2 things for you. The first is ease of connection, and the second is protection from all of the bad stuff on the Internet.
