Toner not stuck well on paper and can be easely erased by hand

Sounds like you have bad toner. or fusing area not getting hot enough to fuse to paper. I would try another toner cartridge. If problem goes away. Bad cartridge.

The lowest setting on the dial of our Imperial oven is 175 degrees F. If we set the dial below the 175 mark, could we get the oven to level out at a lower temperature? We're looking to achieve a stable...

The temperature figures on the dial are a guide only. Play with the dial, you will pick up where the thermostat cuts in and out. 130 deg. is rather low, but it could be achievable. You will only find out through experimentation - nothing will be damaged.

My 2004 A4 1.8 Audi's water temperature does not go above 150 degrees F. What can be the problem

Check the engine thermostat!

Thermostat checking:
1. Cold engine. Start up the engine and watch of the water temp indicator. After first value 140 degrees F you still warm up the engine until the lifter (pointer) reach 175 deg. F (second mark after 140 deg. F). At this time you let engine running at idle speed and check with your hand the thermostat plastic housing and hose temperature in bottom left side of the engine. Heed of alternator driving belt and ventilator fan !!!
2. If the thermostat is good the hose must be cold until the water temp indicator reach almost 195 deg. F.
3. The thermostat opening temperature is 188 deg. F.
4. If the hose is already warm the thermostat is out of order.

Replace the thermostat if necessary!

My question concerns the electric cooling fan attached to the radiator: Should this fan come on automatically with the A/C compressor? After having some work done on the A/C, the fan comes on with...

With a/c on, fan needs to be on all the time, to reduce pressure it the a/c condenser, or a/c will not cool to it's max, with a/c off, fan will only come on with engine temp. between 215 - 200 deg, when it get's down to about 210 deg. fan will shut off. and come back on when it get's back up to 215 -220 deg.

Running hot

You either have a head gasket problem or the
coolant system wants bleeding as air is being trapped in it .
Take out thermostat and try bleeding and driving without it in if ok then try the old one or a lower temp one

Let me know how you get on Ron.

Simpson 175 wont take on hot water

Your water inlet valve is bad on the hot water side and needs to be replaced. It is located right after the supply hose for the hot line behind the back plate
