Question about Garden

2003 Palermo Hot Tub is behaving oddly. After an extended period of being cool...it is heating up...albeit slowly. I frequently get an error OH followed by what I believe is a temp indicator ranging from 106 to 113. I am up to 94 degrees at this point. The unit is outside in Southern MN

Hi, if you are getting the "OH" to come up immediately and you know that the water in the heater tube is not hot, then you may have a bad sensor cord. There are usually 2 sensors, a temperature sensor and a hi limit sensor and it could be either of these that can cause the problem. So you best bet would be to order the set of sensors an try replacing those first. There is also a remote chance there could be a problem with the circuit board, but chances are it is just a faulty sensor.

In econ mode my 1998 spaform hot tub does not appear to heat but it is ok in standard mode.

in the economy mode it will only maintain a temperature so that it will not freeze. Economy mode is mostly for vacation time or for winter if you are not going to be using the hot tub for an extended period of time.
Put it into the standard mode and you will be able to have a HOT tub and will function as it should

Hi have problem with canadian spa (balboa mrspa1) control panel digital reading when turned on goes to OH,circulation pump will not run

OHS, OH, or SPA TEMP LMT Message There is an "Over Heated Spa" (OHS or OH) Water Condition.

One of the Water Temp Sensors has detected 110°F (43.3°C) Incoming Water Temp and Spa Functions are Disabled. System will Auto Reset when Water Temp is below 108°F (42.2°C). Check for Extended Pump Operation or High Ambient Temp, or contact your Dealer or Service Organization.

Spa Water Cool Down
• In order for the Spa Water Overheat Error Message to Automatically Reset and Clear, the Spa Water Must Cool to below 108°F (42.2°C).
• Check the Topside Panel Display to see if the "OHS", "OH", or "SPA TEMP LMT" Spa Water Overheat Error Message has Cleared. If the Error Message has Not Cleared, the Spa Water is still too Hot to Continue Testing.
• Either Wait for the Spa Water to Cool Below 108°F (42.2°C), or Exit Now and Retest at a Later time.

Exhaust manifold becomes red hot when revving up engine

Hi there, yes this is normal. Not the best thing to be doing to the bike. It will heat up fast when there is no airflow over the manifold or motor. You must be holding it at revs for an extended period for this to happen. Can I ask you why you are doing that...It is a trick to show off perhaps.....but thats all. If you need to do this sort of thing, to resolve a problem or other, it is always a good idea to have a fan moving air past the engine to cool it, or it will heat up fast, and eventually overheat. The motor is designed to be moving for cooling when throttle is on, not stationary.

Over heating

Try turning the power off and back on again.

If this doesn't solve the problem you have further issues.

QCA Opal hot tub display reading OH.

The tub experienced an overheat situation. This may be due to leaving the t stat turned all the way up and not monitoring or the hi-limit sensor is defective. The hi-limit sensor will shut down the heating cicuit if temp gets above 105 D optimally.the fact that the heater light is on is a good sign that things are working at this point.Whether or not a suitable temp(100-103 D) will be arrived at is to be seen. If spa heat kicks off before set temp is reached then replace hi-limit sensor.
