I have a insignia kix. I am using an Imac. I am transferring songs from my cd's to itunes. I then convert itunes to mp 3. I then make a playlist on itunes. It doesn't let me drag the whole playlist over, so I drag them one by one. After I drag the songs over, I turn on my mp 3 player. The songs are there, but after every song it comes up again but it doesn't play. Example. Home by Daughtery is my first song. My second song says unknown .02 Home. Why is it doing this????? I want to get rid of the second song because it's waisting my song availability.

- I have the same problem- I have an eMac and because I couldn't create a playlist from iTunes for my kix, I just dragged and dropped the files from my music folder onto the kix's flash drive and it still created "UNKNOWN" files for about half of my songs. I tried running the Windows Media Player to create playlists, but for some reason my version of the player won't play my mp3's, only movie files.- amindy_2000

I'll tell you why this is happening - playlist from iTunes will not result in proper transferring - use Windows Media Player instead - I heard you can use it on Macintoshes nowadays
