Question about JVC Televison & Video
The NERVE that your company has to send me an email that if I need more assistance to fix my problem I would have to pay another $14.99, is UNHEARD of. After letting your company know what I think about it-you tell me I need to pay again if the original problem wasn't fixed.
Well, again I have been taken by another website. When will I ever learn?
I want a MANAGER from Fixya to email me TODAY and explain why my live support session was ended before I could resolve my problem. I don't want an auto-reply email, I want a real MANAGER to email me with a PHONE NUMBER so I can call them back and they can explain this HORRIFIC situation to me personally.
