Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Printer connection cables are not always included; this is something to watch for when purchasing new printers.
As an example, Lexmark sells a USB (2meter) cable for use with their printers. It has a Type A connector on one end (connects to computer) and a Type B connector on the other end (connects to printer).
See illustration here:
You should however be able to purchase a suitable cable at your local supplier; there are also on-line suppliers who are very reasonably priced.
Try to stay under 10 feet or 2 meters in length and ask for a cable with a Type A and and a Type B connector for use with an USB printer interface.
