Bubbling in resorvoir, and spills out, new thermostat and hose new, fan is running, what can it be?

Hi Bubbles in the resorvoir Usually is a head gasket fault ( the gasket is allowing compression pressure to enter the coolant system )
Unfortunately its a big job and exspensive
The only other thing is if the water is boiling ( like when a kettle boils ) But because you have
changed the thermostat and the fan is running i don`t think this is the problem
Good luck with this problem, Hope i have helped you

I didn't see the washer pump under the shroud on my 1997 jeep cherokee? I saw the motor (wipers work fine) and the washer reserve signal switch. Where is the washer pump located?

Your washer pump and resorvoir are located inside the drivers fender. You may need to take off the wheel to have better acces but, you will need to remove the plastic fender trim and you will see the resorvoir located inside. The pumps are attached to the resorvoir.

Check first if the fan is running, you can do this by pulling out the temp sensor at the lower radiator hose. You should see the fan go on. If the mechanics has checked out everything, I suggest to see if there are added load on the engine such as busted bearing on the pulleys for the serpentine belt. Observe the coolant if it is boiling hard when you notice the temp go up. It might be a problem withe the sensor which triggers the ECU to shut the engine.

My 98 contour has been parked for a year and now brakes not worki

You have a leak which has put alot of air in the system, was the bleeding done by a shop? Check all 4 wheels for signs of fluid leakage, most likely the back wheels. If no leakage at the wheels suspect the master cylinder leaking from the back side, if so you will see evidence of fluid leaking from under the master cylinder.

Coffee pot keeps stopping if I turn it off and on it starts again for a few minutes and same again?

That has been my problem also. I noticed that the tube in the resorvoir was clogged, so I ran straight vinegar through it about 5 times. Put a filter in your basket to catch all the gunk that comes out. I then ran clean water through 2 or 3 times.

Water dispenser keeps freezing!

it sounds as though there is an cold airflow problem in the fridge and as science states the cold air will drop down to the bottom of the fridge. check that any circulation fans are not jammed with ice or faulty. if not sure where to go do a defrost for 36 hours and check on all the functions after that. tone.
