Question about Cell Phones
Its is possible that your incoming call has be barred from your phone or by your network/service provider. You or someone else may have tempered with the call barring setting on your phone or maybe its a fault from your service provider.
Turn off the phone, remove the battery and Sim card (if any) fix them back in, go to phone setting, go to call barring and make sure it is canceled/turned off and try again. Or factory reset the phone and try again.
If the above doesn't solve the problem, then it means your service provider is the cause of the problem. Call the customer section of your service provider which is suppose to be too free, make then aware of what's going on with your phone and a solution should be proffered by then. Or if their office is not far from your home, you can walk down there and they should be able to fix it for you.
