Enter the exact Model Numbere in the search text field.
First verify the exact Model Number of your TV. Mine is a 42PF7220A/37.
On this page I found listed under "Software & drivers" the Firmware Upgrade Software 42PF7220A/37 v18.104.22.168
I downloaded the compressed file and extracted it to a USB Flash Drive.
After you extract the file you will have 2 files...."autorun.upg" and a "readme.txt".
Print out the readme file the delete it off the USB Flash Drive
Make sure the USB Flash Drive has only one file on it (autorun.upg)
Make sure the TV is turned off.
Put the USB Flash Drive in any of the USB ports on the TV.
Turn the TV power on with the Power Button on the righthand side of the TV.
The TV will display an Update screen.
Let the TV run through all 3 processes.
Turn the TV off and remove the USB Flash Drive.
Power the TV back up.
Hopefully the Updates fixed the problem.....

looking into the back of the tv with the cover removed, there is 2 boards on the far left the run down the back of the screen. These are the Ysus buffer boards. They both plug into a larger board (Ysus). Make sure that the bottom buffer board is pushed into the Ysus properly and that the wired lead connecting the upper buffer board to the lower buffer board is pushed in firmly. If this doesnt solve the problem then you will most probably have a faulty lower buffer board.
