I have a 10 in.pandigital photo frame Model No. P11003DW. My husband hooked it up to the computer & it is on but it says the remote is temporarily inoperative. Now, I just got the remote out & pulled the plastic thing out so it would work but it still says the remote is inoperative. And I've tried evrything to send my pictures to the photo frame & nothing works. My frame holds 2500 pictures.Pls. help

did you turn of the camera?
the camera need to be on for the PC to detected the memory card.
you also going to need the Arcsoft PhotoImpression software. However, the software is going to cost you $40. if you lost the CD that came with the camera.
you should be view the photo with any of teh photo software you have on the machine.

My guess is it's been dropped so battery contacts are loose, not worth fixing unless you can diy. Replace.

You have to leave it in your US-B overnight to charge.
There is nothing in the instructions to explain this.

The primary software is going to extract all the images, put only the images you want on the card, then insert into your picture photo frame.
