Sounds like yu have been infected with malware....shut down (CTRL+ALT+DEL if you have to) reboot into SAFE MODE (F8 at startup) and run SYSTEM RESTORE under ALL PROGRAMS>ACCESSORIES>SYSTEM TOOLS> SYSTEM RESTORE
