Question about Computers & Internet
If it is an AT&T brand, you can log-on to their website, and request a PUK code, which will take place after so many PIN codes have been done.
For AT&T go here: http://www.wireless.att.com/answer-center/main.jsp?t=solutionTab&solutionId=KB33662
If you have alltell or another company, contact customer service, and they will be able to tell you the PUK code.
