Check the fuel filter, air cleaner, and muffler for plugging. Check the fuel lines for decay or other damage. If no help, you will have to clean the interior of the carburetor--pay attention to the condition of the diaphragm in the lower chamber--it must be flexible and no cracks or holes. Hope this helps!
