Acts as if battery is dead, even when in the AC cradle, unit won't turn on, can hear low pitch buzz from cradle when cradle is plugged into AC outlet without the Helix in the cradle, hear high pitch buzz when cradle is plugged into AC outlet with Helix in cradle. Is cradle bad? Is battery bad?

I don't know about the buzzing, but my Helix will not turn on or activate when placed in cradle. I've found that removing the battery and probing the gold contacts (.. a "hail Mary" move) seems to activate the unit when the battery is re-inserted... go figure...
