Question about Mitsubishi Televison & Video
This is a brand new television. Any problems should be reported immediately to the manufacturer or to the store where you purchased it. You should register the warranty immediately online if you have not done so. Please read through the troubleshooting section of your manual to look for an explanation for your problem. Please also check all connections comparing them to the diagram in the manual. Any variation can cause problems. If you did not keep the manual, an online copy is available at
http://www.mitsubishi-tv.com/pdf/738-838_BIB_v3.pdf. You can print it out or save it to your desktop for easy reference. It is in pdf format, so you may need to update your adobe reader at http://adobe.com. Look under downloads and you will find the free adobe reader.
Good luck to you and thank you for using FixYa.
