This is a brand new television. Any problems should be reported immediately to the manufacturer or to the store where you purchased it. You should register the warranty immediately online if you have not done so. Please read through the troubleshooting section of your manual to look for an explanation for your problem. Please also check all connections comparing them to the diagram in the manual. Any variation can cause problems. If you did not keep the manual, an online copy is available at You can print it out or save it to your desktop for easy reference. It is in pdf format, so you may need to update your adobe reader at Look under downloads and you will find the free adobe reader.

Good luck to you and thank you for using FixYa.

I need info on a particular TV

Resolution is 1080P (1920x1080). It is 3D ready, and has very good reviews from owners regarding picture quality and overall value. One limitation you will encounter, is that it is more difficult to see the screen from the side, than it is with LCD or plasma. Also, due to lamp warmup times, it takes longer for the TV to turn on. However, you will save a lot of money by purchasing a DLP versus LCD/LED/plasma.

Visio LCD LED 3D tv how do you watch tv in 3D?

For the M3D420 Vizio TV, you need a 3D source connected to the TV with an HDMI cable that supports 3D. Some older HDMI cables will not carry all of the data of a 3D source. Turn off the set top box (for example a 3D Blu-ray player). Set your TV to the correct input (press the Input button on your remote). Then turn on the set top box and (for the Blu-ray player) insert your 3D content disc. Start playing the movie. When you see the prompt "3D content detected", highlight Yes to switch to 3D display and press OK to start the 3D playback.

After selecting Yes and pressing OK, then put on your 3D glasses. Make sure that you are sitting with your eyes level with the TV screen eye-line and looking straight at the screen. (If you are off-line, you will not get the 3D experience.)

These directions probably apply to all 3D Vizio TVs. I hope this helps.

Mishibishi tv 73838 diamoind series humming noise in the back

Your problem is most likely a defective color wheel. This part is an internal component of the optical engine. The V43 chassis has had an excessive amount of issues with the color wheel failure. Part number is 938P179010

Will not power up and the lamp light is flashing. I have replaced the lamp and have the same problem.

Recheck the projection lamp installment again, make sure all the connections inputs are tightly and correctly connected. When u closing the proctive tv projection lamp door, make sure u don't hit the blue reset switch button and close the door properly and make sure screws it in to fit correctly and tightly.Follow these steps, should get ur tv back up and running again.

Toshiba DLP 60" TV not showing TV programs, sound ok

Have the tuner signal board replaced. HDMI does not use the regular tuner bands, it is bypassed when using hd inputs.
