Hi - before I begin - wanna thank you for your help :)
I bought a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-S730 about two days ago. I haven't dropped it, or treated it roughly, etc. It worked great until today.
I took a pic - flash didn't go off, 'access lamp' flashed, and cam shut down.
I changed the batteries. I press 'power' button. "Cyber-shot" flashes across the screen, 'access lamp' flashes red, and then nothing.
They are new batteries, I've also tried the other user suggestion of taking out batteries, holding power button down for 10 secs, and reinserting batteries to no affect.
Can you help me? To say the least, I am very disappointed. I thought Sony was a good 'name brand' and that I wouldn't have these types of problems so early on in owning it. But? Here I am.
Any assistance/suggestions/etc. you may have would be very-greatly appreciated. Thanks again!
Jackie
