You should check the make and model of your computer, go to themanufacturer's website, look for solutions, support and drivers ordownload the audio driver.
Also check for an installation CD from the manufacturer with the necessary drivers, if there is only install.
Another way is to download the klite mega codec pack, becausethe PC may not contain the driver and codecs.
