What does the purple button light flashing on 1/2 horsepower craftsman garage door opener

I think the adjustment mode is on.

For example, that's from Craftsman manual:

""
Setting the Force
The force setting button is located on the left panel of the motor unit. The force setting measures the amount of force required to open and close the door.
1. Locate the purple button on the left panel of the motor unit (Figure 1).
2. Push the purple button twice to enter the opener into Force Adjustment Mode (Figure 2). The LED (Indicator Light) will flash quickly.
3. Push the remote control or control console (Figure 3). The door will travel to the DOWN (close) position.

""

Actually, you should just read carefully your garage door opener unit's manual.

What is aerodynamics

Aerodynamics often refers drag, or the resistance of a body to move through air (considered a fluid). In your case, though, an automotive spoiler uses the deflection and displacement of air molecules to produce a downward force on the chasis. This is an aspect of Newton's third law, which deals with the generation of an oposite and equal force in relation to the amount of force necessary to deflect the air upward. The retractable wing on the Boxter raises at high speed to provide greater downforce (hence greater stability) at these higher velocities.

When I push my red button in it shut off the fuel and wont stay going

this is caused by a bad thermo coupling. just to make sure that it is in fact bad - hold down the button for about 20 seconds while the heater is going and if after that amount of time the unit still shuts down when you release the fuel button - then replace the thermo coupling.

Is there supposed to be flame coming around the cone of a 115,000 btu reddy forced air kerosne heater?

no. the flame should be behind the cone. If it passes the cone, this means that there is too much air. simply turn the air pressure screw until the flame no longer comes beyond the cone.

The clutch won't disenguage

If your clutch won't release properly, it will continue to turn the input shaft. This can cause grinding, or completely prevent your car from going into gear. Some common reasons a clutch may stick are:
  • Broken or stretched clutch cable - The cable needs the right amount of tension to push and pull effectively.
  • Leaky or defective slave and/or master clutch cylinders - Leaks keep the cylinders from building the necessary amount of pressure.
  • Air in the hydraulic line - Air affects the hydraulics by taking up space the fluid needs to build pressure.
  • Misadjusted linkage - When your foot hits the pedal, the linkage transmits the wrong amount of force.
  • Mismatched clutch components - Not all aftermarket parts work with your clutch.

Another problem associated with clutches is a worn throw-out bearing, sometimes called a clutch release bearing. This bearing applies force to the fingers of the spinning pressure plate to release the clutch. If you hear a rumbling sound when the clutch engages, you might have a problem with the throw-out.

But most of these problems should have been detected the first time you went in. So it can probably be traced back to the mechanic, not you. I would have another person look at the issue and see if you can't get a second opinion.

Water dispenser drips after filling glass.

sounmds like you have air trapped in tothe line( formiong pressure behind the line whe nnot in use forcing water drops out, remove the crisper in the refrig campartmant and look for the holding tank either there an air bubble trapped in ther or you havea small leak allowing air inot the system, usually happen right after replacing the filter, instraed of trying to rnn 5 secs on 5 secs off, try with a bigger contaienr to allow constantly running for longer periods of time to hopefully force out the air bubble
