Question about Televison & Video
The TV is in protect mode. This is a safety feature that will force the PSU in stand by after an internal failure has been detected.
Try disconnecting the power cord for five minutes. Restart the TV with only antenna cable, or only receiver box connected.
If that does not fix the problem, then the TV must be tested, and the faulty part replaced.
