Disconnect water hoses from machine. Inspect the filter screen on the cold and hot water connection. DO NOT REMOVE SCREEN. If full of debris, use a spray bottle with a hard spray to remove debris. If unable to remove debris or water flow is still slow, replace valve.

Hot water barely comes out,

If you switched the feed hoses over and the problem reversed itself, cold has gone from fast to slow useing the hot water pipe and hot from slow to fast useing the cold water pipe then this would indicate a fault in the water supply from the hot pipe. What sort of pressure is coming from the hot pipe when not connected to the machine but filling in to a bucket? Are there any shut off valves before the pipe that supplies the hot water? Are they fully turned on? Any kinks in the feed pipe for the hot water? Has the hot water feed pipe collapsed internally? Change the pipe to check this and not just at the machine side.

Cold/hot water is not coming when I turn on the washing machine

Try unplugging the machine and turn the dial all the way around once back to where you would normally start your wash do not pull out the nob to start the cycle until you have plugged the machine back in, this will sometimes reset the main controller (the control nob you turn) if this does not work chances are you need a new controll switch or timer as some people call it, hope this helps.

No cold water will come in

make sure cold water is turned on first.lf it is then shut off cold and hot water to washer. take off cold water hose at water valve and check to see if the screen in the water valve is plugged. if it is not you will have to replace the water valve. good luck.

Setting is on cold/cold, but only burning hot water is coming out. When I switched it to warm/cold, it got a little cooler but still not cold. The hot/cold setting is also just warm water, so the hottest...

This seems to me to be that the hoses are connected backwards. It matters very much which hose is connected to which inlet. Make sure that the hoses are on Hot to "H" and Cold to "C" on the machine.

The machine will only fill with hot water. I have switched the feed lines and even turned off the cold water and gotten the same result. Is this a bad solenoid?

Your COLD inlet valve is faulty. By swapping the hoses you have cold water coming in via the hot inlet valve. However, most machines will only rinse with cold water, but your machine thinks the water is hot. So...it won't rinse! Replace the cold valve or change the wires from the cold to the hot valve...Some electronic machines can be damaged by doing this. Non electronic machines could be ok...Good luck....Nomess

NO COLD WATER

if you cleaned the screen in the valve of the washer and it still does not work then you need to replace the valve. the valve on the cold side probably has a piece of sediment in it not allowing it to open.

Should the washer be hot after the rinse cycle?

Try cycling a cold/cold wash and see how that comes out.. if it comes out hot then your water inlet valve is letting hot water in when it shouldn't.. conversely, try cycling a hot/hot wash and see that it does indeed come out hot... ( quick tests to verify performance)..hope this helps.
