If the screen is cracked the chances are that you will need to buy a replacement screen, i suggest Ebay, as they offer them much cheaper than Sony or another Authorised repair agent would.
As for the replacement of the screen, that would merely involve patience and the right set of tools to diss-assemble the unit and the right amount of knowledge to ensure you dont further damage any of the internal components.

Turn On your psp ress the directional button. If there is sound from the menu. I think you lcd backlight dead or the hardware conecction not work properly that make the lcd backlight died

I recommend seeing an expert. I heard that to replace the internal screen only costs about 20 dollars if you do it yourself. You should look into buying a new screen(internal) but about the leaking LED's you should really try to see an expert or get some support from Sony.

It's not hard change the LCD screen, the hardiest part is disassembly the PSP, but if you are not experienced in eletronics is better find a repair shop.

If your PSP is working all but the display, meaning you can here the sounds of clicking past the menu items when you press the D-pad in different direction, you have a Backlight burned out. This is a very complicated task to replace your backlight without good training and knowledge of the internal construction of your PSP. If you have never replaced the LCD in a PSP, I highly suggest getting it repaired professionally.
Click on "Repair Directory" at the bottom of this screen. Then on the next page, Click on "Video Game Consoles" Pick a good Repairman that has experience working on PSP's. I would not use any repair guy who has never replaced the LCD in a PSP.
