Question about Bell Technology Techsolo Slick Stick MP3 Player
I had this problem. It looks like the USB connection will not charge the device once it is completely dead. I resolved the problem this way: I located a USB charging block from another device (iPhone) and plugged the USB cable for the MP418C-4 into that, plugged the block into an outlet, then just in case there was a bad battery connection, I gently tapped the 4 edges of the MP3 player on a wood block before plugging it in to charge. It then charged fine after about 12 hours and is working great. If you do not have a plug-in charging block, I just saw some for sale yesterday at the local Walgreen;s store. They are probably also available at other retail stores. Good Luck!
