Question about Konica Minolta Printers & Copiers
Thanks for asking. I believe that my problem is fixed. I took out the ink cartridges one at a time and tapped them against the desk side without touching the rollers and shook the ink inside.I taped in both directions so as to shake well. At the time being then it prints fine. So now when it does this again then I will try this method first.

If your fuser is not failing then someone probably didn't install the toner properly. Regardless, it is incredibly hard to clean toner out from all the guts and the gray won't go away as long as it is there. I would take it outside, wear a smock, and blow it out with an air compressor or half a dozen cans of compressed air. Wipe down and clean every part you can.
Replace the toner cartridge. Then run a couple dozen copies of something to pick up the remaining toner from the internal mechanisms. See if their is any more toner. If there isn't...then somebody messed up and you just need to work the last of the toner out of the innards. If there is more toner after you clean it out and replace the toner cartridge, start thinking about replacing the fuser.
