there is the problem with your Phone memory do as below given

Go to Gallery
in that select all items expecting folders just select all Photos, MP3 & Videos.
then move all to memory card.
now try to receive anything.

Welcome to Fixya

This means that you need to free up some space in you phone memory or memory card. Access the file manager from the menu and start deleting some of your files there that you dont use anymore. Files would be pictures, sounds or video. This will solved the issue once you free up some space.

You need to connect the phone to the pc using the datacable. You need to have installed the nokia pc suite installed on the computer. so when you connect the phone, it will be recognized by the pc and when you open the My Computer window, you will see a nokia phone browser folder. open it, you will see two drives. one will be your phone memory and the other you memory card.

try ( * + '3' + 'call button') hold this three keys and power up ur mobile without simcard dont leave the button untill u get the countries name for further details.be sure to save or backup data saved in your phone and memory card. this format will remove each and every file saved in your phone memory or memory card which cannot be restored if deleted once..

Instead you shall go to gallery click options and then go to memory status. This way it will give you two diff memory status one for your phone and another for your memory card. check wether your phone memory is full. Then delete/transfer files from received files to memory card. If this also does not solves your memory problem then it seems some virus must have created worm effect on your mobile just connect your mobile to a pc having good antivirus. Click on folder options and then check show hidden files. and uncheck hide known extension types and sytem files. Remember you are required to change one radio button and two check boxes. Then browse your mobile and delete all unwanted files. You have to be a bit cautious while deleting anything from root of your mobile I'll suggest not to delete anything from the root of your mobile i.e. phone memory but you can deffinetly delete files from folders inside your root memory. the phone memory is full thats why you cant receive anythink.try to delate some messages and move some of your pictures,videos songs on your mmc.
