I have a ken more top loading washer it's new . The water is not filling up it's just going straight out

There isn't a normal path for water to just drain, it has to be pumped out.
Assuming you didn't turn on the timer to a cycle that allows the pump to run, the time may be defective since 'fill' and 'drain' shouldn't happen simultaneously, you may have a warranty repair need.

My wash machine tries to fill, but it sounds like the pump is pumping it out as fast as it fills.

The number one suspect reason for simultaneous fill and drain would be that your washing machine drain hose is inserted into your wall drain too far. The drain stack pipe in the home should be as high on the wall as the top of the washing machine main top/lid, and the hose from the washer inserted no deeper than 10" and properly secured to one of the adjacent water shut offs with a zip tie. If this is your issue, your drain system in the home is creating a siphon through the washer drain hose and literally sucking the water out of the washer. Pleazer Appliance...

Won't fill

Probably a siphon condition. Remove the drain hose from the wall. Now re-insert only 6" of it. If you put it too far down inside the wall it can cause an intermitent siphon condition. Make sure you tie down your drain hose so it does not pop out durring the drain cycles.

Water gets drained automatically without fills the water

HI there. You drain out pipe need to have a kink and the kink need to be higher than the highest point of when the machine is filled with water or else gravity will let the water drain out as you fill it up. HOpe it works.

Washer fills then drains

Daisy, check your drain hose going into the drain. It sounds like you have a siphoning problem. If the drain hose does not have a air gap the water filling will siphon right out. Check this first and post back, Catriver.
