My Rainbow stopped running

I was using the Rainbow and it stopped running. Is there a fuse or reset button. Nothing happens when I turn the switch on. I used the deodorizer solution in the tank. It foamed up and the vacuum shut off. Now it won't turn back on.

I took my unit apart to clean it. I was careful to put it back the same way. Now it won't start.
