Water is coming out from under the unit

Water coming from a working a/c is normal (condensation). I believe the condensate drain line is clogged and needs cleaning. Follow proper maintenance by flushing the condensate drain line annually with two parts water and one part bleach.

Our water pipe outside the house (that controls the water for the undergound drip lines) must have froze one night and now sprays water :( how do i fix it??

Purchase a plastic joiner that fit the diameter of the drip line.
Cut the drip line where it is leaking and remove the damaged section then join the drip line together with the joiner you have purchased.

what you have done is restricted the air flow the water is most likely where the indoor coil is froze and you may need to clean the coil as well just from your symptoms shut unit down open the door of coil this is most likely in the shape of an A remove the metal on the inside of that coil its galvanized and you got to work it like a puzzle this will allow you to see the other end of it where the air blows thru it do not try to chip the ice out if you got any and be very careful of the small line in their they can be broke very easy

Outside unit is running but blower in attic is not working line in attic from outside unit is dripping water

You need to get the blower motor going, the unit is froze up. Try switching the fan spped wires on the control board on the unit in the attic.

If that does not work, replace the motor

Is this an upflow furnace? If it is, there needs to be a "P" trap in the condensate drain line. You need to check to see if there is. A "P" trap is a "U" shaped
tube or fitting in the condensate drain line. The first time you run your unit, run it about ten minutes then shut it off, the condensate should drain from the pan and fill the trap. Then you just turn your unit back on and let it run.
If you have a trap then you probably have a cracked drain pan and it will usually need to be replaced.

no easy fix . your water heater should be fine most likely its up to temp ,thats why its not lighting its main flame . the frozen pipe is another story you need to get the heat up in the house open any cuppord doors that have pipes in them like under a sink ( to let heat from the room get it there ) leave a faucet on hot and wait . at some point you will unfreeze . but you migh end up with a broken pipe so keep your eye out for a water leak . good luck
