Water wont pump out - Daewoo DW500M Top Load Washer

Owner's manual? Is this a new pump? Is there power to the pump? Be careful water and electricity don't mix. It's likely the switches that are separated by low voltage relay controls are not connected properly or the low voltage power supply is not working to turn the pump on.

Have you disconnected any other wires at the fuse box

You may have an air lock. Disconnect the discharge pipe from the check valve and lift the pump out. Be sure you disconnect the 'bottom' or the check valve so it will still hold any water above it in the pipe. Lift the pump up out of the water and then settle it back into place and reconnect.

You may have damaged the unit by running it dry and lifting it out wont help there. You can try a repair shop but it is usually recommended you replace the whole pump.

wont spin until drained can u hear the pump running if notpossibly somthing stuck in pump

The pump is probably clogged with a coin. Pull off the hoses and check the pump. Make sure you put a pan under the hoses to catch the water

drain engine coolant.relieve belt tension .and remove the drive belt.remove upper fan shroud.remove fan or fan and clutch assembly.remove water pump pulley and coolant hoses from water pump.remove water pump bolts.then remove pump from engine.pay attention to bolts location because they are different lenghts.clean water pump gasket mounting surface dont scratch .or pump gasket wont seal and leak .apply sealant to water pump bolts.install water pump with new gasket.if gasket paper put a sealant on it.torque water pump bolts to 30 ft lbs.if you got a 2.2L engine torque water pump bolts to 18 ft lbs.install coolant hoses on pump .install water pump pulley.install fan and fan clutch assembly.install the drive belt .and the upper fan shroud.fill the radiator with coolant.then run engine to check for leaks.WARNING AS A SAFETY PRECAUTION REMOVE NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE SO CAR WONT BE CRANK BY ACCIDENT. ALSOOOO DONT FORGET TO TURN OFF RADIO FIRST BEFORE DISCONNECTING BATTERY SO YOU WONT LOSE YOUR RADIO CODE.

The water pump is spinning but not pumping it out change the water pump.

If it did not pump at all I would say you had a bad pump. Try removing hoses and check for plug up. If there is no plug up, I would manually try to adjust the timer to see where in the cycle it does not pump. It could be a bad cycle timer.
