Make sure that the inlet has the flow of water- remove the inlet to check. when the program is triggered if there is no flow it is possible that the inlet valve is faulty specially if voltage comes on the valve without a function. Dirt could also be clogged in the valve- if so clean and reset. If there is no voltage then the program controller is faulty.

How do I maximize water levels in my whirlpool wfc7500vw washing machine? In other words, which cycle uses the most water, and/or how I can turn off the water sensor so that the machine uses extra water?

The water levels in you machine are set by a pressure activated diaphragm that is controlled by the knob with the levels settings around it or by the computer if you have a press button type.. Heavy or long wash cycles use the most water with light washes using the least. So to explain if you are washing blankets and you have a full 7.5 kg load to wash you would set the water level at high and heavy or full wash. You can disconnect the tube to the control unit but if you do that the bowl will keep filling over the top and the machine would not know when to start washing as the control unit reads enough water and moves the power to the motor while closing of the water solenoid. If you follow the instruction in the operators manual you will find that you save the most water at any wash requirement.

Warm Wash: Force it to be cold?

you will need to put a "Y" in the cold water line and remove the hot water hose otherwise the hot water solenoid will open up and let in hot water,if you have cold water to both solenoids then you can get done what you want to accomplish, wash and rinse in cold water on all cycles

Bendix washing machine....only washing in cold water-no hot water while washing

If you have selected a cool wash, then it is possible that it could be washing in cool water, if you have selected a hot wash, and it is washing in cold water, then I would suspect that the heater elelemnt is not working, you really need to test it with a meter to be sure.

Hope this helps you .
