Your phone’s 4-digit unlock code is originally set to 1234,
and the 6-digit security code is originally set to 000000.
If you had not changed these codes before locking it, try these..

I dont remember the phone lock code of motorola v3i

Your phone’s four-digit lock/unlock code is originally set to 1234.
The six-digit security code is originally set to 000000.

If you forget your unlock code: At the Enter Unlock Code prompt, try entering 1234 or the
last four digits of your phone number. If that doesn’t work, press and enter your
six-digit security code instead.

Code for original phone setting ?

Lock code (5 digits) can be used to lock the phone to avoid unauthorised use. The factory
setting for the lock code is 12345. To avoid unauthorised use of your phone, change the
lock code. Keep the new code secret and in a safe place separate from your phone.

This I had Tken from Nokia Manual. So the Lock Code is 12345. But by mistake u might have changed the code. SO contact your nearest service center. They may help You

Sir,

You can lock your phone manually or set the phone to
lock automatically whenever you turn it off.
To use a locked phone, you must enter the unlock
code. A locked phone still rings or vibrates for incoming
calls or messages, but you must unlock it to answer.
You can make emergency calls on your phone even when
it is locked (see page 68).
Locking Your Phone Manually

Find the Feature > Settings > Security

Need to unlock my fone

you may need a subsidy unlock. If the phone is not originally from vodephone. Contact the original phone carrtier for the code.
There are also websites out there where you can pay for unlock codes, but be careful. If the wrong subsidy unlock code is entered too many times incorrectly it will be permanently locked to the original carrier.

Netwok lock

You will want to contact the original carrier of the phone for the proper unlock code. Currently the SIM is locked to the original carrier and the code releases it to any carrier.
If you are unable to obtain the code from the original carrier there are websites where you can purchase an unlock code from.
Be careful though... if the wrong unlock code is entered too many times the phone will permanently be locked to the original carrier.
