Question about DISH Network IR Remote Control
Hey there, this is Cheri Torres with DISH Network customerservice. I came across your post and wanted to see if I could help you resolvethis issue. The first thing you are going to want to check, if you already havenot, is the batteries. Make sure you have fresh batteries in your remote justin case this is the issue causing the remote not to work. If your batteries arenew the next step would be to make sure everything on your remote is lightingup such as the mode lights at the top of the remote (i.e. SAT, AUX etc.). Inthe case that your mode lights are not lighting up, you will need to call DISHNetwork at 1-800-333-3474 to have them send you a new remote. If all the lightsare lighting up on the remote there are a few steps that you can follow to getthe remote readdressed to your receiver. I hope these instructions work wellfor you. If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to post backhere or email me at Cheri.Torres@Dishnetwork.com. :)
