I am not able to connect digital persona finger print when start the tomcat by tomcat7w.exe but its work when start tomcat by tomcat7.exe on operating system window7 Version Using 1.6.1 August 2010 Please help me as soon as possible

Dear Big, if u r using your scanner on jamb website. You will need a - You to provide 16 characters security key. - biometric license and - JAMB Biometrics Capture/uploader software. - Your operating System software must be 32bit(XP, Vistat, Win7)
* The biometric license gives you authentication while the JAMB Biometrics Capturesoftware allows you to capture thumb-print even when there is no internet connection(offline) and automatically upload them to server when the internet is back.
You can thumb-print as many student as you can (I have seen a client who thumb-printed as many as 2000 in 3days).

i am working in win 7 os .when the lap is connected with ac charge plugin its working normally....if the ac plug in disconnected lap becoming death slow

Rebooted computer, swiped finger harder back and forth... really can't explain.

I ll share config steps that I use:
1) After installing the Tomcat server set the environment variables in the following way :-

a)var name:path
var value:C:\Java\jdk1.5\bin;C:\Tomcat 5.5\bin

b)var name:classpath
C:\Tomcat 5.5\webapps;C:\Tomcat 5.5\common\lib\servlet-api.jar

c)var name:JAVA_HOME
var value:C:\Java\jdk1.5

d)var name:CATALINA_HOME
Var Values:C:\Tomcat 5.5

2)After setting these variables check to see if the server is running by typing "http://localhost:8080/" in the web browser.

3)If you can see the Apache Tomcat page with the message "If you're seeing this page via a web browser, it means you've setup Tomcat successfully. Congratulations!" then everything is fine & server is well configured.

I havent tried it on Win 2000 yet, these steps I use to configure Tomcat on Win XP & Vista, hope this proves to be of some help to you too.

You have to create a Windows Log On password first for the Finger print log on to be enabled. Have you done that?

I doubt it. We have a Persona C11 that stopped printing the cards and we sent it for service. The authorized service returned the printer with a note indicating that the printer has been discontinued and support is no longer available starting in December of 2007. So, I really doubt they will be releasing drivers for Vista,

I had the same prob like the gigital persona agent is no active.. please logoff and login again..

So here is my solution..

In vista 64 bit,
click on start, in the start search box type "finger"

right Click and select the properties from the "Finger print logon manger"

in the shortcut tab click on te button "open file location"

Find the "DpAgent.exe" and dbl click it...
hope this wil start the agent..

and then dbl click on "DpFpLogonManager.exe"
voila.. everything is back.

i am able to create signons.. again to my fav sites.
