Hi, Please try this:
Once you are signed in on your account, in the left side of your screen, please try to look for "photo". it is located below "game requests", "App requests" etc. Once you found it, please click on "upload photos" then "select photo" then browse for the picture you want to upload, then hit on "open". Once uploading is done hit on "create album".

Need some help have hp pavilian laptop and tried to get on internet and screen came up and said microsoft esntialls found a severe threat it was win 32 trojan or something told me to scan to fix and i did...

It could have been a "trojan" that was imitating the "look-and-feel" of Microsoft Security Essentials software, trying to convince you to download 'ThinkPoint' -- which itself could be a computer-virus.

Can you use "System Restore" to go "back" in time to a checkpoint created a few days ago,
i.e., before your computer was infected?

Its about a digital photo keychain

Are you trying to load multiple photos at a time? try a single if so. Your photos may be to large for the keychain to support, try a couple jpeg files off the internet or small photo files that come in email. If those load, format the keychain and reduce the size of your photos

I have a cd with pictures that came from my camara not a digital but i want to upload and save these pictures on to mu computer and im not getting an easy way to do this please help

Place the CD in the CD drive of your computer. Go to My Computer and double click on the CD drive (it maybe the D drive or E drive it depends upon your computer setup).
You can then open the folders on the CD disk (the folders may contain the photos) or the photos maybe not be in a folder. You can then Copy and Paste the photos from the CD to a folder on the hard disk of your computer.

Error message rundll on startup

Looks to be a left over file. Probably not needed - this happens when you delete a program, but other files remain. Go to start button - click on search - click on all files and folders type lumejeji.dll in the top box - hit the search button

it will find the file - you can either drag it to the recycle bin or right click on the file and go down to delete and left click that.

Should fix your problem

HOWEVER
I just looked this .dll file up - Here is what I found - you may want to delete the file and run a virus scan as well
hope this helps
UMEJEJI.DLLFraudulent Security Program Your PC is infected. The file called LUMEJEJI.DLL is considered unsafe and there may be other infections on your PC.
You should urgently check your PC and remove any malicious software including LUMEJEJI.DLL as soon as possible.

Hello, I cannot attach a photo using the upload tool from my photos to an email. It saying there is a new mnn converter format installed but it either isnt or its not working . Please help !

Without getting into specifics about the applications and tools you are using, try this. From your photo viewer, save the photo to disk, remembering the exact path that you store it. You can store it on the desktop. Then get into your email and attach a file; the file being the photo and location you stored previously. Alternately, from your photo viewer/uploader go to help and ensure you have installed all the current updates. Also, ensure your OS (eg. Windows) has all current updates.
