I'll start by saying I'm a biologist & strictly a computer user, with very limited pc abilities! After 2 powercuts in rapid succession my iiyama LED monitor developed an all over fluorescent green tint. The difference from most screen tint problems I've read of is that just for a few seconds on start up the colours are perfect, then the screen blackens momentarily & the ghastly hue resumes. I think this pause always occurred & assume it was the monitor starting up & performing some sort of internal calibration. If I look at Adobe's Gamma prog, white & grey are unchangeable shades of this hallucinogenic green. The screen does the same thing if I connect it to my laptop. The cables don't alter anything if I fiddle with them. The whole caboodle was actually plugged into a surge protector but, of course, I don't know if its working. The iiyama screen controls are now only partially functional. Some don't respond at all. All words are garbled dots & dashes. iiyama say, of course, it's just out of warranty.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
