Adaptive Server encountered an internal error affecting all processes using the current database. Report the error to your System Administrator. Adaptive Server must be restarted and DBCC diagnostics run.

SOURCE: Richo 1515 MF Error message: 12320 couldn't find the scanner.

This is a message on your PC...not the machine itself obviously? Was this scanner ever configured to work on your PC? If not, then follow this link to my comments to someone else about this machine:

Having error messages during canning, error

I think you did scanning directly from your printer, you should scan from the computer, just go to my computer and look for your scanner. Then you can scan whatever you wanted to.

TWAIN DRIVER VER 3 12320 Impossible find the scanner

"twain" is not accessed from the machine itself, but rather a photo editing program (or similar) on your computer.
Usually via "file", "import"...etc.

Ricoh 1515MF Scanning

Easier said than done...you'll probably need a tech for this one.
First..to scan to folder you require a software called "scanrouter Lite" from Ricoh, which is actually kind of hard to get a hold of these days, since it's nnot supported anymore, and then the configuration is not easy , because it is proprietary...meaning only Ricoh uses it, and it is almost impossible to configure for anyone else that has not used it.
There is however Scan to email, and for this you can open a web browser, and type it's Ip address (if you have it connected via tcp/ip port), enter "admin mode"...user name= "admin", password = "password"...then enter all network settings...IP, DNS, POP,SMTP, etc. then in "address book" enter your destination settings.
This is not a configuration that is easy for a novice either, and it is also not compatible with an email server that uses authentication for outgoing mail.
I may not have helped, b ut I hope I clarified.

The scan failed because of a scanner hardware error. Feeder may be jammed. Please correct the error and scan again."

Yep. I also can't scan using the Samsung SCX-4200, which results in that error
