I have the Hoover SteamVac

I have the Hoover SteamVac Dual Model F7246-900 Serial AA12.0. In the Clean Water Tank the small black plastic check valve leaks water as machine is in use even when the on-off switch is not on. Can I purchase a new valve?

I have the same problem.
